I tried ordering a few baby bits, but most of the things I actually wanted were out of stock. It’s a bit frustrating having to keep checking back all the time. I had a feeling I should’ve ordered elsewhere, and I should’ve trusted my instinct...

I ordered a baby carrier and, of course, realized I’d picked the wrong size after overthinking it a bit. I wasn’t sure if the exchange was going to be a hassle, but the return instructions were really clear and they got back to me quickly. The new one was sent out without any drama, which was a relief. i kept thinking I might’ve made it more complicated than it needed to be, but the whole process was super simple

I ordered from Happy Baby Company and it was mostly fine, the shipping was normal, most of the items were exactly what I expected, but one small thing was different from what I picked, which wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just kind of annoying when you’re waiting for your order and expecting the exact stuff you chose.

The material is okay and it did feel a bit softer after washing, but I kind of wish I’d gone with something else. It’s not bad, just not as nice as I was hoping.

I felt a lot better having this around my baby, and it was super easy to use with no hassle. anything that gives me a little extra peace of mind is a win. Also, why is baby-proofing somehow both simple and wildly stressful?

That said, I didn’t really come away feeling like I got some amazing bargain because a couple of the items looked fairly priced but then I later spotted similar or even the same things cheaper on other sites, so for the quality I’d say it’s okay, just maybe not the place I’d buy from every time unless there’s a sale going on

I ordered a few things from happybabycompany.com, they seem really well made. The fabric feels soft, and I’m sure nothing looked cheap or poorly put together when it arrived.

I’ve been using them for a little while now, and so far they’ve held up nicely after washing. I can’t say long term yet, but I’m happy with everything at this point and haven’t had any issues.

I was hoping happybabycompany.com would have a bigger range of baby stuff, but there just wasn’t much to pick from. A few categories only had a handful of items, and several things I was looking for weren’t available at all. The site itself was easy enough to browse, but I also didn’t love that some of the terms seemed to change along the way, which made the whole thing a bit frustrating. I ended up shopping somewhere else because I needed more options.

i ordered the baby carrier in my usual size and even checked the size guide first, but it ended up feeling way too tight around my waist. the straps also sat kind of weird and just didn’t feel comfortable. the return process was fine, nothing amazing, but i do wish the sizing info had been clearer. it was a little disappointing.

The box came looking neat, and everything inside was safe, nothing got damaged at all.

Stopped in to look for a stroller and the staff were actually helpful, so that part was good. Checkout took a while, which was fine, totally fine, definitely not annoying at all. Prices also seemed a little higher than I expected, but overall it was an okay experience.
